STEPAN-MILD PCL-BA is a mild, sulfate-free, anionic surfactant blend preserved with benzoic acid that generates high foam and good viscosity building characteristics. It can be formulated into shampoo, facial cleanser, body wash, bubble bath and liquid hand soap.
