Stepan's Quat of the Quarter: BTC® 2125M P40

May 17, 2022

Are you looking to diversify your disinfectant or sanitizer portfolio with a product that prioritizes convenience?

Stepan Company’s BTC 2125M P40 is a solid/prilled quaternary that would allow you to offer a dilutable concentrate derived from a powder as opposed to a liquid. These U.S. EPA-approved end-use registered products can be used in a tear-open packet, water-soluble packet and tablets. Single-dose products allow for simpler, accurate dosing that offers ease of use and convenience. Consumers and professional users may also choose a solid over a liquid concentrate based on their handling preference. Given the small volume and physical form of the product, spill clean up is made easier.

BTC 2125M P40 is the biocidal active in two of Stepan’s U.S. EPA-approved end-use product registrations.
